As a Shaman my way to interact with the world is by interacting with energies. From everything that I have experienced in my life and also with the people I work with, I am convinced:

Energies are at the basis of everything we feel and everything we do. Our believes shape what we feel and our energies keep them in place. If they are free flowing, we are flowing. If they are stuck, we are stuck. If we want to become free beings and our energies keep us in fear-and-pain place we fight against huge powers inside of us.
​
I fought my own powers for more than 35 years. I know how exhaustive that can be. I lived stressful relationships, I followed non fitting career choices, I subpressed huge parts of who I truly am in everything I did. Mostly because I was convinced that who I truly am was wrong. I wanted to be someone else. Someone more worthy. I didn't know that I was already worthy for everything.
It was pain that blocked me from knowing that. Deep old pain. And this pain was locked in my energies. Once I learned to release these energies, besides others by singing, AND worked on my believes I became free again.
​
The more I freed myself the more I opened up to the world of Spirits. And I did that in rocket speed. The scientific in me was sometimes bewildered, sometimes amused and often confused. Many new experiences wanted to be integrated.
Today my inner Psychologist is back and contributes beautifully to my Shamanic work. They work together now as all parts do that I have learned and trained before. Nothing is wasted time, nothing is senseless today, not even stressful relationships and wrong career paths.
I know what pain is like – emotional, mental, spiritual pain – and I know how to transform it into something more loving and more beautiful.

Often very spontaneously, sometimes in form of rituals.

It is your Soul that guides me. Because she knows what you need right now.

So far, I have helped adults and kids, single persons, couples and families becoming more whole again.

We usually do our sessions over phone, Skype™ or a similar technology.
If it happens that we are at the same place,
